Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) and Support Packs
Don't need one of our standard support packages and want to freestyle it, no problem!
PAYG Hourly Rates
- Standard Hourly Rate: £95/hour for ad-hoc clients (on-site plus travel time and mileage)
- Standard Hourly Rate: £80/hour for ad-hoc clients (Remote)
Pre-Paid for clients needing occasional support, initial consultancy or small project work without a contract
- 8-Hour Block: £550 (£68.75/hour)
- 80-Hour Block: £4,750 (£59.75/hour)
Notes
Minimum charge: 2-hour for non-contract and 1 hour for contract customers. Then 15 min increments thereafter

For customers with support contracts. Can be used for initial consultancy and small projects.

Emergency and Travel Fees
- Emergency Surcharge: 50% premium for after-hours or immediate needs (waived for Platinum clients).
- Travel Fees: £1/mile beyond a local 20-mile radius or a £50 flat travel charge up to 50 miles.
Onboarding and Setup Fees
With the exception of our PAYG Service agreements are 1, 3 or 5 years in length. Should a customer wish to end their agreement early then 120 days notice must be given. The customer will not be held to the anniversary of the agreement but any licences that have a remaining active subscription will be charged for.
An onboarding fee of 50% of your first months service charge is payable to get you setup and configured. This fee is waived for clients who sign a 3 year contract.
Discounts
A discount of 10% is available to any client who wishes to pay annual in advance for their service. This is only available on the anniversary of their agreement. Any additional licences during the year will not be eligible for the discount until the next anniversary of their agreement.
Education and NFP
We have access to reduced rates for software and services for organisations that qualify. Please contact us with your requirements and for further information.
Office Business family of products is only available up to 300 seats. Over 300 seats E3 will be licenced at an additional cost of £17 per user per month over Business Premium. E5 is also available at an additional cost of £40 per user per month over Business Premium. */ Any out of bundle call charges will be passed on to the customer. */ Please note that Office plans have capacity limits on SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange etc. It is the responsibility of the end customer to keep within these limits.
